suitable for children ages 4-12 years 

Earn a reward star each day for:  Eat my food - Brush my teeth - Comb my hair - Put my toys away

- Do my homework - Go to bed on time.

Stars have velcro to stick on the chart for each day with one pocket for activities and one for rewards.
